What is a parcel forwarding service?

Parcel forwarding allows you to shop from French online stores, even if they don’t ship internationally. We receive your orders at our warehouse in France and then forward them safely to your address worldwide.


How does it work?
  1. Purchase one of our packs here and you will receive your new French delivery address.
  2. Shop online from any French store and use this address at checkout.
  3. We receive your parcel, process it, and forward it to your chosen destination.

Which countries do you ship to?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your package. You can get an estimate through our shipping calculator or by contacting us directly.


Can I consolidate multiple orders into one package?

Yes! We can combine multiple parcels into one shipment to help you save on international shipping fees.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service chosen. On average:

  • Europe: 4–7 business days
  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • Asia & rest of the world: 7–14 business days

For urgent deliveries, you can always choose express shipping with Chronopost or UPS Express for faster delivery.


What items are prohibited?

For safety, legal, and customs reasons, certain items cannot be shipped internationally. If you send any restricted goods, they may be delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs.

Here’s a list of the most common prohibited items:

  • Flammable products (aerosols, lighter fluid, fuel, paint, etc.)
  • Fireworks, explosives, or ammunition
  • Gas canisters, lighters with fuel inside

🚫 Food & plants

  • Fresh food, meat, dairy, or perishable products
  • Seeds, live plants, or soil (often restricted by customs regulations)

🚫 Valuables & sensitive items

  • Cash, checks, credit cards
  • Precious stones, gold, or valuable jewelry
  • Passports, ID cards, or confidential documents

🚫 Other restricted items

  • Batteries (especially lithium batteries not inside equipment)
  • Drugs, narcotics, or any illegal substances
  • Weapons or weapon replicas

How will I know when my package arrives at your warehouse?

We will send you an email notification as soon as we receive your package in our warehouse. The email will include the parcel details so you can confirm everything is correct.

You can also follow your tracking number provided by the seller to check the delivery status and be sure that the package has arrived at our facility.


Can I return items to the French store?

Yes, we can help you return items directly to the French store. In this case, instead of forwarding the package to your address, we will simply send it back to the retailer on your behalf. No additional fees apply if the store provides a prepaid return label (free return shipping).


Do you offer package repacking?

Yes, we can repack your items to reduce unnecessary weight and volume, helping you save on shipping costs. Our team makes sure your parcels are safe and securely packed before shipping.


Can I choose my shipping carrier?

Absolutely. We work with several trusted carriers such as La Poste, Chronopost, UPS, DHL, Mondial relay and more. You can choose the option that best fits your budget and delivery speed.


What happens if my parcel arrives damaged at your warehouse?

If we notice that a parcel arrives damaged, we will inform you immediately with photos. You can then decide whether to ship it as is, request a return to the seller, or contact the seller for a replacement.
