How Our Personal Shopper Service Works

Shopping from French stores has never been easier. If a website doesn't accept international credit cards, is only available in French, or you'd simply rather let someone else handle the purchase, BoxShip is here to help. Our Personal Shopper Service takes care of everything—from purchasing your items to shipping them directly to your door.

STEP 1 – Tell Us What You Want to Buy

Complete our contact form with the products you'd like us to purchase. Please include as much information as possible, such as the product link (URL), quantity, size, color, and any other important details. The more information you provide, the faster we can process your request.

STEP 2 – We Purchase Your Items

Our team will verify product availability and send you a quotation that includes the item cost, domestic shipping (if applicable), and our service fee. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll purchase your items on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.

STEP 3 – We Receive, Inspect and Ship

When your order arrives at our warehouse in France, we'll carefully inspect the items to ensure everything is correct and in good condition. You'll receive an email notification once your package has arrived, and we'll prepare it for secure international shipping to your address.

BoxShip does not accept parcels containing fragile or breakable items.

This includes, but is not limited to: Ceramics, Porcelain, Glassware, Crystal, Mirrors, Artwork with glass, Marble or stone decorative items

Any similar fragile or breakable goods

Please do not send these items to our warehouse. Parcels containing fragile goods may be refused, returned to the sender, or handled only at the customer’s expense.
