Parcel Collection Service

Step 1: Buy an item on Vinted, Leboncoin or any other website:

1. You browse Vinted, select the item you want to purchase, and complete the transaction with the seller
2. During the checkout process, you'll be asked to choose a shipping method.

Step 2: Choose an Access Point for Delivery

1. Vinted offers various shipping options, including delivery to an access point. These access points are locations where parcels can be dropped off and picked up, such as local shops, post offices, or locker systems.

Step 3: Seller Sends the Parcel to the Access Point

1. You'll be notified (usually by email or in the app) when the parcel has arrived at the access point and is ready for pickup
2. The notification will include important details, such as the address of the access point, the timeframe during which you can pick up the parcel, and any necessary codes (like a tracking number or pickup code)

Step 4: Picking Up the Parcel

1. Provide us with the details of the access point where your parcel is available for pickup
2. Our team will pick it up and ensure it’s safely forwarded to your destination
