With our Pickup Service, shopping in France has never been easier. We offer a seamless parcel pickup solution that allows you to receive purchases from popular platforms such as Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, and other online marketplaces. We'll arrange pickup, receive your items safely, and prepare them for international shipping. This service gives you access to even more French products while making the entire process simple, convenient, and stress-free.
STEP 1 : Purchase an item on Vinted, Leboncoin, or any other online marketplace
Browse your preferred online marketplace, select the item you’d like to purchase, and complete the order with the seller. During the checkout process, you'll be asked to choose a shipping method.
STEP 2 : Select an Access Point as your delivery location
Most online marketplaces offer several shipping options, including delivery to an Access Point. These Access Points can be local shops, post offices, or parcel lockers where packages can be securely dropped off and collected.
When placing your order, select an Access Point located in Grenoble, France by entering the postal code 38100 Grenoble.

Step 3: Your order is shipped by the seller to the chosen Access Point
You’ll receive a notification - usually by email - once your parcel has arrived at the Access Point and is ready for collection.
The notification will include a pickup code or QR code required for collection. Please forward it to contact@boxship.fr as soon as the parcel arrives.
Step 4: Once collected, BoxShip forwards the parcel directly to your address
Our team will collect the parcel from the Access point and make sure it is securely forwarded to your address.
Items We Do Not Accept 🚫
BoxShip does not accept parcels containing fragile or breakable items.
This includes, but is not limited to: Ceramics, Porcelain, Glassware, Crystal, Mirrors, Artwork with glass, Marble or stone decorative items
Any similar fragile or breakable goods
Please do not send these items to our warehouse. Parcels containing fragile goods may be refused, returned to the sender, or handled only at the customer’s expense.
