By purchasing this pack, BoxShip will help you buy one item from any French or European online store of your choice and forward it to your address.

⚠️ Important

Parcel forwarding is not available for fragile or breakable items, including ceramics, porcelain, glassware, crystal, mirrors and similar products. Parcels containing fragile goods may be refused, returned to the sender, or handled only at the customer’s expense.

What's Included

• Purchase of one item on your behalf

• Receiving the item at our French address

• Parcel forwarding to your country (shipping fees apply separately)

How It Works

1. Send us the link to the item you would like to purchase.

2. We will verify the item's availability and email you a payment link including the item price.

3. Once payment has been received, we will purchase the item on your behalf.

4. We will receive the item at our French warehouse and forward it to your delivery address.

Service Fee

The price of this pack is €15, which is our service fee for assisting with the purchase of one item.

Please note that:

• The €15 fee does not include the cost of the item.

• The €15 fee does not include international shipping fees to your country.

• There are no additional signup or setup fees.

Important Service Limitations

Our Assisted Purchase Service is designed for customers who have already identified the item they wish to purchase.

To keep our service affordable and efficient, the following are not included:

• Price negotiations with sellers

• Submitting offers on your behalf
  

• Requesting additional photos from sellers

• Requesting measurements, condition reports, or additional information from sellers

• Contacting sellers to ask questions about products

• Other pre-purchase communications with sellers

For this reason, customers should only submit links to items they are ready to purchase at the seller's listed price.
