By purchasing this pack, BoxShip will receive one package at our French warehouse and forward it to your address anywhere in the world.

⚠️ Important

Parcel forwarding is not available for fragile or breakable items, including ceramics, porcelain, glassware, crystal, mirrors and similar products. Parcels containing fragile goods may be refused, returned to the sender, or handled only at the customer’s expense.

How It Works

1. Purchase your item from any French or European online store using your BoxShip French forwarding address.

2. Your package will be delivered directly to our French warehouse.

3. We will notify you once your package has arrived.

4. Once international shipping has been paid, we will forward your package to your delivery address.

Service Fee

The price of this pack is €7.50, which covers our service for receiving and processing one package.

Please note that:

• The €7.50 service fee does not include international shipping to your country.

• Shipping fees are calculated separately and paid when you are ready to ship your parcel.

• This service applies only to packages delivered directly to our warehouse.

• There are no signup, membership, or setup fees.

Access Point Deliveries

If your package is delivered to an access point, pickup point, relay point, or parcel locker instead of directly to our warehouse, you will need our Parcel Collection Service.

This is a separate service, charged at €10 per parcel.

Getting Started

After purchasing this pack, you will automatically receive an email containing your personal French forwarding address, allowing you to start shopping from French and European online stores immediately.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at contact@boxship.fr, and we will be happy to send you your forwarding address.
