By purchasing this pack, BoxShip will help you buy up to 5 items from any French or European online store of your choice and forward them to your address.

How It Works

1. Simply send us the links to the products you'd like to purchase by email at contact@boxship.fr or through our contact form. Please include as much information as possible, such as the product URL, quantity, size, color, and any other relevant details. Our BoxShip team will then get back to you with the next steps to complete your purchase.

2. Our BoxShip team will check product availability and send you a detailed quotation, including the item prices, domestic shipping (if applicable), our Personal Shopper service fee, and Shopify payment processing fee (1.5% applied to the total item price + €0.25 per transaction).

Please note that the maximum total purchase value is €450 per order, regardless of the number of items. This limit applies to the combined value of the products, excluding shipping and service fees.

3. Once payment has been received, we'll purchase your items on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.

4. Once your order arrives at our warehouse in France, we'll notify you by email to confirm its arrival. Our BoxShip team will then carefully handle your package and prepare it for secure international shipping to your chosen address.

Service Fee

The price of this pack is €45, which is our service fee for assisting with the purchase of up to 5 items.

Please note that:

• The €45 fee does not include the cost of the items.
• The €45 fee does not include international shipping fees to your country.
• There are no additional signup or setup fees. A Shopify processing fee of 1.5% of the total item price + €0.25 per transaction applies.

Important Service Limitations

Our Assisted Purchase Service is designed for customers who have already identified the item they wish to purchase.

To keep our service affordable and efficient, the following are not included:

• Price negotiations with sellers

• Submitting offers on your behalf
  

• Requesting additional photos from sellers

• Requesting measurements, condition reports, or additional information from sellers

• Contacting sellers to ask questions about products

• Other pre-purchase communications with sellers

For this reason, customers should only submit links to items they are ready to purchase at the seller's listed price.

⚠️ Important

Parcel forwarding is not available for fragile or breakable items, including ceramics, porcelain, glassware, crystal, mirrors and similar products. Parcels containing fragile goods may be refused, returned to the sender, or handled only at the customer’s expense.
