By purchasing this pack, BoxShip will collect up to 30 packages from the access point and forward them to your address anywhere in the world.

⚠️ Important

Parcel forwarding is not available for fragile or breakable items, including ceramics, porcelain, glassware, crystal, mirrors and similar products. Parcels containing fragile goods may be refused, returned to the sender, or handled only at the customer’s expense.

How It Works

1. Purchase your items from any online marketplace or store that ships to an access point.

2. After purchasing this pack, you will automatically receive an email containing all the information you need to use the service, shipping instructions, and designated access points. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email. If you still cannot find it, contact us at contact@boxship.fr, and we will be happy to assist you.

3. When placing your order, please use the following shipping name:

Tamara YOUR NAME Sidibe

Replace YOUR NAME with your own first and/or last name. This allows us to collect your parcels by presenting a valid ID and helps us quickly identify your packages when they arrive.

4. Have your packages delivered to one of the following access points:

5. As soon as each parcel becomes available for collection, please send us the pickup code or QR code you receive by email as soon as possible. This gives us enough time to collect your parcel before the pickup deadline expires.

6. Once we have collected your package(s), we will notify you. After international shipping has been paid, we will forward your parcel(s) to your delivery address.

Vinted Go Parcels

We do not accept Vinted Go parcels.

Vinted Go shipments are identified only by a QR code and do not display the recipient's name. Because of this, we are unable to identify which customer the parcel belongs to when it arrives at the pickup location.

Please select another supported delivery method, such as Mondial Relay or Chronopost, when placing your order.

Our Parcel Collection Service is ideal for purchases made on platforms such as:

• And any other online marketplace or retailer that delivers to access points or pickup locations.

Service Fee

The price of this pack covers our service for collecting up to 30 packages from access points.

Please note that:

• The purchase price of this pack does not include international shipping to your country.

• Shipping fees are calculated separately and paid when you are ready to ship your parcel(s).

• There are no signup, membership, or setup fees.

Important Information

To ensure we can collect your parcels on time, please send us the pickup code or QR code immediately after you receive the notification that your parcel is available for collection.

Access points hold parcels for a limited time. Sending us your collection code promptly helps us avoid missed collection deadlines and ensures your parcels can be forwarded without delay.
