What's included:

• ✅ Inspection of the parcel for any visible external damage

• ✅ Multiple high-quality photos of the outside of the box

• ✅ Opening the parcel and taking photos of the contents/items

• ✅ All photos are sent directly to you by email

This service is ideal for:

• Checking for damage during transit

• Confirming you received the correct item

• Verifying the condition of second-hand or high-value purchases

• Providing documentation before international forwarding

Important Information

• Price: €5 per parcel

• This service must be requested before your parcel arrives at our warehouse.

• Due to the high volume of parcels we receive each week, parcel photos are not included in our standard receiving service.

• The inspection is limited to visible damage only and is not a detailed functional or authenticity check.
